Michelle uses the scientific study of psychological factors related to participation and performance in sports, exercise, and other physical activities to better assist the athlete to overcome past trauma and doubt, to then use their internal desire to succeed in a sporting endeavor. If the athlete succeeds or fails, we then evaluate in a non-coaching perspective; we look at how the athlete experienced the play/event/competition and then using evidence based techniques, refocus the athlete's mind set. And of course this can be done in a team environment, however, we recommend 1-1 to diminish group pressure and bias. Ultimately the goal is for each athlete on a team to shine in their one way.
